Hurt in a Car Accident?
Your Pain Is Real — and You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone.
Even a “minor” accident can create major problems. Neck pain, headaches, back tightness, shoulder pain, nerve irritation, or dizziness may not show up right away, but they are signs your body absorbed trauma. Without proper evaluation and treatment, these injuries can worsen over time, affecting how you work, sleep, move, and function every day.
At McHugh Health, we specialize in helping patients recover after auto accidents. We understand the physical, emotional, and legal stress these situations create. Our priority is simple to help you heal, restore function, and guide you through the steps you need to take under Florida’s injury laws.
Florida is a no-fault state. That means your auto insurance covers your medical care, even if the accident was your fault.
You must be evaluated within 14 days of the accident to keep your benefits.
Most people don’t know this and they lose coverage because of it. We’re here to make the process easy, compassionate, and efficient, so you can focus on healing while we take care of the details.
